I’m sure my arteries have a decent amount of plaque. Last thing I fucking need is to stroke out for real 🫠

And my doctor put me on the list for it. People with extremely high levels are getting put on statins as a preventative measure, it’s apparently that serious. Even if their cholesterol is otherwise pristine. But I don’t need that yet. But considering how bad my shit was BEFORE losing weight-

I must be getting cucked by my dad’s genes too (he’s done enough 😭) that’s so rude. The thing about this is you could be otherwise healthy and this shit can be clogging up your arteries silently for years without you being aware. A medication is being developed for it-

So my mom got her Lp(a) tested (a type of bad cholesterol that’s set by your genes basically) and I figured since mine was high, hers would probably be high too given my grandpa’s family’s history of heart disease. Hers are barely elevated and mine are damn near double what they’re supposed to be 😭

I tried it when it was fairly new, but my setup was causing me too much pain. Should be fine now, may try to play again and see how bad it is for myself 🫠

The way it sharply dropped off after my grandpa got sick 🫠 and then again after i started at the card shop. I knew I wasn’t playing much, but I didn’t realize it was THAT little lmao. It’s on the uptick again post card shop and doing more EX grinding. But still not where it was 🫠
