So my mom got her Lp(a) tested (a type of bad cholesterol that’s set by your genes basically) and I figured since mine was high, hers would probably be high too given my grandpa’s family’s history of heart disease. Hers are barely elevated and mine are damn near double what they’re supposed to be 😭
