I am yelling her name and trying to drag Linus back to my room so at least he’s contained when he pops his collar and goes out after her. Thankfully, my neighbor and her dog are both still at the driveway, and Inky is curious enough about her dog to let me grab her collar.

The Prokofiev is interesting though because it creates quite the dissonance w/ Dick Diver’s “long dream of war” once you know about the actual opera, which isn’t at all what I assumed based on both other Prokofiev I’ve heard and other Russian music of that era. 🤔
