One of the most freeing thing's to do in life is release yourself from competing. The only person I actively push past is myself Results may not be apparent at first but changes become more and more dramatic As you maintain the course of action

Great resonant Art *should* inspire filmmaking, imo, and a "resonance" is also what should be the link in the team between Scriptwriter and Director. Be unafraid to write more lyrically. Be unafraid to acknowledge the collaborative nature of the process. #filmsky #artsky

In the first image, a man with a hood raches across with his left hand, restraining a second smaller man, whiloe a beam of light shoots from the first man's eyes into the face of the second.
In the frame from Egger's "Lighthouse, a similar scene is re-enacted, with the younger man in a much more servile position.
-- "I've been unable to find any English language descriptions of Sascha Schneider’s arresting image called Hypnosis. All I know for sure is that it was created in 1904, the year that Sascha Schneider met Hellmuth Jahn." which is significant in reference to the relationship.

#OTD Jan. 3, 1866: Edwin Booth returned to the stage for the first time since his brother, John Wilkes Booth, assassinated Lincoln nine months earlier. His performance as Hamlet at the Winter Garden was applauded heartily, a sign that no one blamed him for his brother’s crime. #skystorians

An illustration of Edwin Booth in the role of Hamlet

A reproduction of the playbill from Edwin Booth’s return to the stage on this date.

A written description of Edwin Booth’s return to the stage. The text states:

“…Garden, as Hamlet. A great crowd welcomed him, and with such a welcome as would have lightened the saddest heart.
Nine cheers hailed him, upon his first appearance. The spectators rose. Flowers were showered upon the stage. Affectionate good-will beamed in every face and gave assurance, deep and strong, that the generous public had no intention of casting upon an innocent man the burden and blight of a brother's guilt. Wherever he appeared, after that momentous return to the stage, he found a cordial greeting and respectful sympathy; and so, little by little, he got back into the old way, and his professional career resumed its flow in the old channel.”

As a surrealist artist I can't draw realism to save my life lol when ever I see hyper realism I'm super stoked because it is definitely more difficult because it's set to the limitations of our physical reality any small deviation and the work will no longer appear as a photo "a copy" and seem off

After rewatching Peter Jackson's King Kong he should make a Cthulhu film or another director who can match the atmosphere for the 20s 30s period set forth by it because it was done really well and we've yet to see a major production on the level of Kong 2005 for Cthulhu
