I was cycling home and did a double take. A goose I’ve never seen before! Looking it up later, it’s a flock (family I’m guessing) of greater white-white fronted gooses. I guess I am becoming a bird watcher. #birds #geese #YYJ
A fat grey goose with a white face. A flock of fat grey geese. Some a noticeably smaller than the large adults.

Summer is really over now #VictoriaBC. Today's rain marks the end of a 24-day 'drought'. We'll see more dry spells this year, but they won't last this long. The chart shows the record of droughts and wets in the region. #UVic
A chart that shows dry and wet periods since 1900 with two colours. Dry periods dominate the summer months, wet periods predominate in the fall. Spring is mixed.
