John Harbaugh: #NYGiants have been "feast or famine" on run defense and have given up too many chunk plays.

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 12/10/2026

John Harbaugh: Tempo they used in 2nd half on offense probably needs to be part of what they do more going forward.

How did the Commanders not understand they needed to clock the ball? Instead, Jayden Daniels runs and w/o a timeout the Commanders fail to get a play off as the clock runs out in OT. Tie game. Giants 3-1-1.

Tie game. Washington screws up the clock management and doesn't get a game winning FG off. Jayden Daniels doesn't take a knee at the #NYGiants 24-yard line, and the game ends in a 27-27 tie. Unreal!!

Facemask Washington short throw to Skattebo. #NYGiants will at the Washington 45-yard line after one play.

050

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

The #NYGiants scored all four times they had the ball in the 2nd half. 3 TDs and a field goal.

040

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Washington wins the toss and decides to kick off. TBH, that always surprises me. I know both sides can be argued, but I still think I want the ball.

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Giants force a punt with :15 left. Just field the punt, go to overtime. #NYGiants

010

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

3rd and 13 for Washington w/:20 left. Washington needs one play. The Giants need to force a punt.

000

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Man, Dennard Wilson is just going for broke and sending the house. Gotta love it.

040

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

TD to Nabers with 1:43 to play. Winston with great work on that play. Giants will take the 1, and it's 27-all.

041

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Dru Phillips sacks Jayden Daniels. #NYGiants create a 3 and out and get the ball back needingh a TD to tie. at the 5-minute mark.

010

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Isaiah Likely gets a touchdown after review. Ruling is he crossed the plane before the ball got kncoked out. What a crazy play, and a crazy game. Giants within 27-20 with 7:20 to go.

020

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Jayden Daniels legs again. A 26-yard run on 3rd and 2 for a TD. That pretty much seals this one for the Commanders. 27-13 after 2-point conversion to Terry McLaurin w/11:05 to play.

110

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Colton Hood being evaluated for concussion. Tyler Nubin now down w/what might be a head or neck injury. His helmet got snapped back when Washington's Lucas Patrick him him.

000

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Jermaine Eluemunor questionable to return with a calf injury. Colton Hood now down after a nice special teams tackle. He might be headed for a concussion check.

010

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Jameis Winston hits Isaiah Likely for 3-yard TD. Giants capitalize on questionable DPI call to pull within 19-13 with :44 left in the third quarter. Wow!

040

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Amik Robertson pick negated by really questionable DPI on Robertson at goalline vs. Isaiah Likely. 1st and goal at the 1

120

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

4th and 4 big play from Tyrone Tracy. 21-yards to Washington 22.

Jermaine Eluemunor down for the #NYGiants. Eluemunor helped off the field. Marcus Mbow in at RT on 3rd and 8.

000

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Najee Harris 7-yard run is longest of the day for the Giants. Skattebo also has a 7-yarder.

020

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

There it is. 38-yard run right up the middle by Jayden Daniels for a touchdown. 19-6 Commanders, 7:47 left in Q3. THAT is the biggest impact with Daniels.

110

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

JJ McCarthy stuffed on a 3rd and 2 keeper. 4th down. Zvada 56-yard FG attempt. Drills it.

120

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

That was a screen thrown by JJ McCarthy

010

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Big play to Nabers wiped out by illegal shuft penalty. Giants would have been close to red zone.

110

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Broadcast says the #NYGiants have lost 24 straight games when they trailed at halftime. We'll see if they can change that today.

030

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Commanders 12, NYGiants 3 at half. Stats: -- NYG 12 carries, 26 yds (2.2 per rush) -- Jameis Winston 7 of 16, 72 yds, 1 lost fumble -- Isaiah Likely, 4 catches, 40 yds. -- Jayden Daniels 6 of 11, 85 yds. -- Jacoby Croskey-Merritt, 7 carries, 50 yards

010

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

57-yard try by Dominic Zvada at the end of the half is wide left. Had to try it, but tough kick in the conditions. 12-3 Commanders at the half.

020

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Near miss to Malik Nabers on a deep ball. Would have been a great catch, but you really hope your best playe will make that play. Could have been a TD right at the end of the half.

000

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Jameis Winston sack/fumble. Washington ball ay #NYGiants 28-yard line. Still comes back to the Giants complete inability to run the ball putting too much pressureon Jameis, and letting the Commanders tee off on him. Giants cannot win that way.

330

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

And now Skattebo is back in the game.

020

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

No Cam Skattebo since #NYGiants first drive. He was in red jersey at Wednesday's practice. Something might be up there.

140

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Jack Kelly ALMOST blocked that Tress Way punt. #NYGiants still with good field position at their own 45-yard line. 2:50 left in the half.

020

Ed Valentine @edvalentine.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Another 3 and out for Washington. #NYGiants defense playing very well after opening drive disaster.
