Hell in order for there to be a restorative justice society. The victimizer has to accept all the consequences of the actions, and that would include the fact that some people will not want to forgive them, and they have to bear that, cuz the reality is its 1/10th of what they did to their victim.

The “restorative justice” convos around Geller l miss the point. Maybe he is/was on that path. But he is owed nothing from us and I have more empathy for victims who found comfort in his work (like myself, I own his fucking book) and now feel betrayed at having emotionally invested in an abuser.
