This just gave me a jolt of memory of a kids’ show that featured (as I remembered it) a space ship inside a standing stone that was heard to hum. I’ve tried to find it in the past, and it’s not CotS or Earthfasts. I found it! It was called “Uncle Jack & The Dark Side Of The Moon.
