In Boostbound, you can collect crystals peacefully. For some reason, the missiles have taken that personally. 🚗💨🚀 #Boostbound #IndieGame #GameDev #MadeWithUnity

Because apparently normal tunnels weren’t enough… now they randomly change your car 🚗✨ Totally unnecessary. Absolutely staying in. Which one would you want the tunnel to give you? 👀 Big thanks to Kenney for the awesome assets! kenney.nl #gamedev #indiedev #unity #indiegamedev #drivinggame

I’m putting previus project on hold: I loved the project, but its scope grew too large for a solo dev. So I started a smaller arcade driving game focused on drifting, boosting and jumping through obstacle tracks. The goal: make something that feels great to play. #gamedev #indiedev #drivinggame

After countless tests, tweaks, and adjustments, I've finally reached the point where I don't need to change the rules anymore! 🎉 There's still work to do on design, components, and making the game easier to learn, but the game is almost finished. I'm so happy! 🤩✨ #BoardGame #BoardGameDesign
Latest prototype of my fantasy dungeon-crawling board game. The table shows a modular board with black tiles, character standees, cards, coins, tokens, player boards, and a spinner, with nearly all gameplay components now complete and ready for playtesting.

I had the idea of a game like this several years ago when I was working in a link-puzzle game called bobolinkies (for pre-smartphone devices) but never even prototyped. Im glad to see someone actually made it!!!

Every successful game has a core element of FUN. Make sure the fun factor shines through in every element of your design. Seek feedback about the fun elements. This will be crucial in guiding your design choices. If some game element is not reinforcing your core don't hesitate, to remove it.
An image of a designer making fun designs. The title says "Embrace the Fun Factor", the subtitle says "Always start with what makes your game fun."
