I was excited to get a chance to capture a moment when Senator @ossoff.bsky.social saw an old high school friend of his in the crowd! He also shook hands with my daughter, but I was too slow with the camera for that moment. lol. I’m proud to have him as my Senator.

I haven’t had a chance to get home to process the captures from today’s wandering with family at the art festival, but I had to share this one straight out of the camera. Atlanta | 2025 #eastcoastkin #PhotographersUnited #streetlhotography #bnw #monochrome #atlanta

Some observations about the Sigma BF with their 90mm f/2.8. This camera is built like a tank, and is made to an incredible level of detail and quality. On par with Leica in terms of build. The 90mm lens is absolutely sublime. A must lens with this camera. The UX is neat but different. AMA.

Exciting times for me this week! Tomorrow I sign for the Sigma BF loaner that is shipping with their 50mm f/2 and 90mm f/2.8 I series in silver to put through its paces! The prototype grip also arrives, so I get to test out the entire thing all at once this weekend, and see if we go with it!

This is the final post processing I’ve done on one of my favorite captures from last week’s workshop in New York City. The first is the final image, the second was the original one taken. I removed the light pole and one person that was a distraction from the composition. #eastcoastkin #nyc

I’m so excited about something exceptional! For the first time, I will be receiving a loaner from Sigma - the BF with the 90mm F/2.8 I-series in silver to evaluate and test out. I have already ordered one for myself, and we have designed a beautiful grip for it! This thing is GORGEOUS (the camera)

I apologize for being out of pocket and not participating much over the last week or so; between the workshop, getting Helium grips out to customers, and now designing a new church, life has been crazy. But here we are, and I can share some captures. NYC |2025 #eastcoastkin #PhotographersUnited

What. A. Day. Walking NYC from morning into the night is a photographic pilgrimage every photographer should treat themselves to. Many many captures stored and will be shared over time. Some whimsical. Some are social statements. All are an extension of me.

Ok, Day One in NYC. First, what a long day, but I will try and get a capture posted shortly. I need a shower and a wind down. But….. I had a thing happen. I couldn’t help myself. Tomorrow I’ll be featuring captures using it.
