I wanted to do #5k today #runningpunks but my asthma had other ideas. So I broke it down 3+1+1 All under 7 mins with my final effort at 6.21 which for me is a huge achievement Well chuffed that I persevered Mixture in the ears - Spotify playlist. Shout out to @queenofthecroneage.bsky.social

I did a run #runningpunks It warmed me up. I thought about these two beautiful souls - Nigel and Darren. Both lost their lives to cancer over the past few weeks. Fuck cancer. A cruel disease. These people were so effing lovely to me. I miss them. But look at me in 2007!!
