Any man who says a woman was "asking for it," has revealed his own inability to control his base instincts, lacking of human intellect, morals or the ability to participate in society in a safe, functional manner. How they think themselves superior to anyone else is laughable.

They reminded me of the Tonka toys we had as kids. Man, I love a cloudy day!

A line of big yellow land moving equipment parked on bare red Georgia clay, against a background of fluffy gray and white clouds, with a small break, revealing blue sky.

If men disapprove of abusive attitudes and talk from other men BEFORE it got to action, it would be less likely to advance. Society sets norms. Society has used social pressure to discourage antisocial behavior for as long as people have lived in groups. Don't act like all you can do is 🤷‍♂️.

The challenges we face must be met by a bold progressive populist movement that strengthens democracy and shakes up the system. We can’t simply return to the path we were on before Trump. We cannot allow Big Money to dominate our politics and economy. And we cannot capitulate to the oligarchy.

This was interesting to me. Clouds are fascinating.

Storm clouds with one white, round cloud sandwiched between, looking like a big moon in the clouds.

Riding home yesterday. I think these changing clouds were from a pair of smokestacks. It was interesting to watch the changes happen in a few short minutes.

Ah, the bribe didn't take long. Same playbook as 2020 On Oct. 30, 2020, U.S. President Donald Trump said: "We will have a tremendous stimulus package immediately after the election."

Are the Fates trying to end us all with heartbreak? They tested us with Betty White. Now they're supplexing us with Sam Neill, Dolly Parton & Tim Curry. I fear their finishing move.

3 (of about 8) items that I put in my cart for this week's trip to the store, reflecting $1-$2 price increases *per item* DESPITE stores getting obscene tariff rebates. And these aren't even the edible items, like cheese. Sigh.

Had a visitor today while I was cooking supper. It's a red shouldered hawk. About 10" tall. Zoom at the base of the tree to the left. I wonder if that is what it was interested in. Idk if it's a baby deer or a large brown rabbit, since all I can see are ears. That's ambition, either way.

Photo of a red shouldered hawk sitting on my back deck watching some small, long eared animal behind a tree and my fence into the wooded area of my yard. May be a small deer, May be a big rabbit. All that is very visible are its ears.

Farms have required grassroots support since 1985 thanks to the rise of govt corporatism, and still so many rural Americans believe they don't need assistance. They support the system that is cutting off their livelihoods. I don't understand it.

Farm Aid website stating that the charity has been standing with family farmers since 1985. It reads "Farm Aid works year-round to build a system of agriculture that values family farmers, good food, soil and water, and strong communities. Our annual music and food festival celebrates farmers, eaters and music coming together for change." Since Reagan fomented the roots of corporatism and deregulation. Since family farms had to become reliant on subsidies to survive, planning their entire budget on what they have been promised, to feed our nation.

Text from Resistbot reading, "Resistbot here, you've written to your officials before. Thursday, the Senate takes up the farm bill. A rider would strand farmers who already spent to meet state standards. The winner is China-owned Smithfield. You can stop it."

Bravo! This needs to fire up the younger people to register to vote to get these "I got mine," complacent, out of touch, former yuppies in power OUT of office, at all levels. Let the young people rebuild a nation that encourages them to thrive! Upward mobility needs to be a modern concept again.
