Owners with pots of equity able to actively contest S Staffs Council enforcement notice to restore pub to "what it was prior to the fire". There are so many ways to cut corners in brewing and make cheaper, shittier beer as a result. If you use AI in your labeling and marketing, I'm going to assume you cut corners on the beer and have no interest in buying it. It's not even an ethics consideration at that point, just avoiding bad beer.
