Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 05/03/2025So maybe we ought to look into corporate greed and how we can counter that so the American people don't take the loss. How about that for an idea instead of adding to the losses that the American people will have to take due to tariffs? 000 0
Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 18/02/2025You answer your own question. It's the "sometimes wrong" without any indication if it is wrong. Also, depending on the data it has been trained with, societal biases can creep into the answers. While AI has promise, jumping to the conclusion that it's the answer to all our problems is premature. 000 0
Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 17/02/2025With perfect data and a perfectly functioning AI, sure. But the tech is not to the stage where you can blindly trust the answers you get. Currently you have to still be smart enough to suspect when AI returns bad information. 010 0

Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 21/01/2025In any world where we *aren't* sliding into fascism, there would be universal outrage and, intentional or not, the Muskrat would be forced to apologize for the salute and promise not to do it again. The fact that people are defending it speaks volumes. 000 0

Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 09/01/2025Rest in peace, Jimmy Carter. In a world seemingly filled with self-aggrandizing grifters who beat the drums of conflict, he spent his life giving to others, working towards peace, and generally being a good human. 100 0
Eagle's Quill @eaglesquill.bsky.social · 06/01/2025Peaceful transition of power may be a foundation, but the rule of law is another. When the transition of power is to someone with no respect for the rule of law, it ceases to be a foundation and instead becomes a liability. 000 0
