Whenever I say I am opposed to the death penalty - which I would argue is consistent with, not contradictory to, my abolitionist worldview - people say the death penalty is necessary to deal with fascists. And don't get me wrong, I get the appeal, at least on an intuitive or emotional level.

Seriously. A lot of noise comes out of POTUS and much of it is worth ignoring. However, this is different. Calling on Iran to destroy massive population centers (anywhere) is unforgivable. The GOP now owns this talking point and they must be forced to attempt to explain it.

Turkish (like several other languages mentioned above) typically has the verb at the end of the sentence. Yoda's grammar - or, at least, word order - is strikingly similar to Turkish. When learning the language, I sometimes asked myself how Yoda might say something in order to arrange my words.
