It has been a real privilege to host so many amazing speakers at our CWV conference this week. What started as a small idea between a couple of PhD students has turned into a brilliant event with over 60 attendees and an expanding network of over 90 researchers of early modern violence - thank you!

Day two of the conference complete! With some excellent panels and speakers, day two was completely filled with some amazing papers on Privateering, Methodology, Naval Violence, Representations of Violence on the Stage, and England's relations with her Neighbours in the Late Seventeenth Century.
