Utter horror of driving in #Cork tonight:😠 15 min to drive 300m past Mercy Hospital. How slow is that? 1) it's HALF the ave walking speed of a NONAGENARIAN (>90y.o.) 2) it's slower than nonagenarians using ASSISTIVE DEVICES So much better by bike or foot! @corkcyclingcrew.bsky.social Calcs follow

If you're wondering about tonight's #airquality in #Cork (& prob rest of #Ireland), the short answer is "bad".😟 corkcitycouncil 's AQ website gives a good local overview. Low PM2.5 over the weekend (v. windy), but pollutant levels are now high with cold, still air🧐
