A bee fren showed up on my windowsill yesterday. I thought it was cold and sheltering from the rain. I breathed on it a couple of times to warm and dry it. This morning, it was still there, barely moving. I gave it a teaspoon of sugary water. It gobbled it up, became more active and flew off 🥹🐝🥰

Fountain pen therapy time! ...this one is ridiculous. It's the Jinhao "999 Dragon" (black version), with a 1.5mm stub nib. It's so tacky, kitsch and stupidly flashy, I absolutely love it. The ink is Ferris Wheel Press' "Eightfold Fortune", the 2026 Lunar New Year edition.

I treated myself to a new fountain pen. This is "The Monster", a vacuum filler made by Gravitas. It's numbered 302 out of 1000. I'm trying to decide on what to ink it up with, as it has a *massive* 7ml capacity.
