I understand the difference I was referring to the work he was given and charge in the article. I believe that’s too light when real children have been hurt. Obviously I’m not going to suggest that he needs indefinitely punished I just struggle to understand how you can feel safe around them after.

Yes I understand both I just believe community service for downloading images of children being raped is far to light. I cannot see how they can be trusted even if they are truly reformed. If they had sought therapy before engaging in csam i could understand but this only happened after being caught
