Ah. The Glasgow Fortnight… As formerly in the hospitality business it never ceased to amaze me how many rogue Glaswegian hairs were found in nearly empty plates of food in East Scotland eateries during those weeks. The hairs always came hand in hand with a request for a refund or hefty discount.
