So finally on Jan. 2025 I finally received my refund and was notified via, I moved on. I get a response from the DCBA & because I've been taking care for my mom, i missed it. They gave me that spiel that the company responded & everything, but on a whim I check my email and scroll down.

Outrageous prices! Only for them to package it as if it's some flyer for a bake sale. Surely some extra reinforcement and investment in better packaging is less costly than more support staff if they can't do both. Their add ons that are paid for aren't even guaranteed. They just want more money

My experience has been a nightmare—poor communication, delays(in their responses and more), and no clear return policy for damaged items when you search the terms I hope the hazbin/helleva team can have their own platform for this someday
