Yes and no you can try pipx but pipx doesnt have all of the python libraries as ive discovered.

I understand why Debian and Ubuntu would *want* to lock down pip and python install libraries, I just maintain that that's frankly stupid when it breaks a simple import command and wants everything to go through apt install.
