FINAL FANTASY XIV @en.finalfantasyxiv.com · 17h

A bear-y grisly celebration is on its way. 🐻 All Saints' Wake returns to FFXIV on Thursday, October 15! 👻 sqex.to/p39ox

Image is the key illustration for the All Saints' Wake 2026 event. A large figure in a full-body bear costume with exaggerated stitching and button embellishments looms ominously in the back with its mouth open wide and tongue sticking out. They are holding a pipe in one hand and green smoke emanates from around their head. In front of them to the left is Leofard, who is looking up at the bear and grinning while shrugging his shoulders. To the right Cait Sith looks back at the bear figure with a scared expression, front paws sticking out and tail raised in fear. The background of the illustration is decorated with carved pumpkins and small ghosts.

My CGWORLD Making of Game Graphics issue just arrived. ‼️ Here are Silent Hill 2, Shenmue 2 and Super Monkey Ball pages. I’ll try my best to scan all of it later. 🫡

Hellraiser marathon almost finished, got Revelations to go which I hear is garbage XD I watched the latest film not too long ago.

This caught my eye on the PS store the other day, looks interesting!

Waking up after that long drink session

Camera was perfect for situations like this, the usual over the shoulder won't capture that feeling at all

Going through the Hellraiser movies to get me in the mood for the upcoming game. I didn't realise it had so many tbh, not doing so bad as I'm on the 7th already XD

It was an incredibly boring experience. Not a good 'Silent Hill' game, can forget it even happened lol. I don't like that series is just being given to random devs each game nowadays.

Game is a 5/10 for me, started off decent but got tedious really quickly. Bland characters, bland monsters, way too many puzzles even for a 'SH' game which made it more of a slog to get through. I do think it's my least favourite in series, not a game I'd want to play again.

I've been rewatching the films in preparation for the game, looking forward to it XD

Can finally get back into Onimusha WotS and hopefully finish up before another month of madness gaming wise. Think I'm nearing the end now, some of the boss fights have been really fun.

They're going to be quite the BOW lol

I didn't mind the start but SH Townfall is turning into such a slog to play through. Can't see me doing multiple playthroughs of this game.

The HD Collection voices are so bad, glad I grew up on the ogs.

It's cool he looks like James too

I had to deal with the AI crap just to get speaking with an actual person, it's ridiculous lol

What treasures will we find here? #ffxiv

I'm done with them now. Twice in a row when ordering months before hand is unacceptable.

110

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I hope there's other retailers we can get them from in future, every game preorder seems cursed from Amazon UK lol

010

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Fingers crossed! 🤞Yeah, they're very unreliable. It's happened to a lot of others too, twice in a row for me now because same happened with my Mortal Shell II copy.

Got my copy of SH: Townfall today finally. Missed out on steelbook I pre-ordered in April because Amazon messed it up again. Ordered the normal edition from my usual place yesterday, dispatched within 40 mins and arrived today. Levels.

I think the normal enemies have been easy in Onimusha: WotS but not really seeing a problem with boss fights being 'too easy'. They've been reasonably challenging for this type of game imo, very fun to fight too.

Oh I saw a pic of him in training, nice to see him involved in management again. Kinda sad too haha

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Nope, can't be bothered with Nation's League tbh. Want our club football back, so deflated after World Cup XD

110

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Yeah, I cancelled it. Do yourselves a favour in UK and never preorder games from Amazon. Absolute disaster every time.

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I got...Valtiel, who is apparently the Missionary in the pic lol

Mikester @duhsona.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Still no news on my Townfall steelbook Amazon preorder, I'm hoping it's just a late dispatch but getting same feeling I did with Mortal Shell II. Won't be ordering games from there again if they balls this one up.

How "Shenmuey" is this photo?! 💙 A good friend is visiting Japan at the moment, and shared this stunning image of Tenso Suwa Shrine in Tokyo. The overcast vibes, the damp weather, the buildings in the background... it could easily be Yokosuka. Who knows, maybe there's a kitten just off screen!
