Didn't feel like cooking tonight and found a Marie Calender Shepards Pie in the freezer. After an hour in the oven & dumping it into a bowl I lost my appetite. I'll have ramen instead.

Had a series of sharp needle like pains in my chest last night. They eventually went away. Went to local health clinic today. Blood drawn. My heart sounds good. EKG is normal. BP good. Lost 10 pounds since February. Calling VA tomorrow to get a cardiologist appointment just to investigate further.

I'm a big fan of arcade racers. I just picked up Star Wars Galactic Racer (PC) ($45@Instant Gaming) and I'm very impressed. Burn Out in the Star Wars universe = awesome.

It's tough I know. Sometimes you just have to barrel through it. You shouldn't feel bad from falling out of contact with someone. It happens occasionally and most of the time it works out okay. 🫂

Good, it's a tough nut but I'm good too. I was already in my 20's when video games became a thing. Mostly played pinball games as a kid. My first console was Atari 2600. Then on to Nintendo's consoles and PC.

Just as I posted this we had an aftershock

We just had a 3.7 quake here in Boonville. The whole barn just shook like something struck it. I jumped up ready to bolt into action mode but nothing happened further. Boonville has had 3 in the last 24 hours but we didn't feel anything. Geyser's have been very active too just south of here. 😨🌋
