Strong disagree. Depends on what we actually expect, what's the team, what's the culture etc. But still way too many devs are unable to communicate effectively with business. Stating that 90% is useless is purely ridiculous and a sign of ignorance. Unconscious incompetence in that area.

state of js results are out When it comes to #angular, I'd say the most difficult part (shifting the trend) is already done. Most of the stats are increasing (except for awareness which is 99-100% already). If the trend continues, #angular would regain no.2 from @vuejs.org

Here are polish Software jobboard stats (number of offers) month by month (curated by Mateusz Jarzębowski-Bownik). Plus my "forecast". I'm not saying it's a bad idea to hire juniors. But, as I wrote in the post below, I can't imagine this trend to change, out of a sudden. Mostly because of AI.

The biggest "problem" with DRY is people thinking DRY is about lines of code. It's not. DRY is about knowledge. Enforcing few-liners not ot be repeated _can_ be counter-productive. Still, the point is not to copy/paste for the sake of it. DRY/antiDRY is a false dichotomy.
