The LA city council recently banned the N-word and C-word in its meetings, saying the terms have disrupted the proceedings "on many occasions." But groups like @thefireorg.bsky.social, @facoalition.bsky.social and @aclu.org say the rule violates free speech. My latest for @usatoday.com:
