I think rejection sensitive dysphoria is like the worst thing about adhd. Especially when you get the the age you realize while your emotions are valid you have to sometimes control how you express them to not hurt others.

Im not showing her anything new she gave birth to me lmao. I am glad my mom’s family gave me a sense of body neutrality. When you see the body as a neutral thing and everyone is different it’s very easy to just not be weird about stuff. Bodies are just bodies, everyones got one
