9 weeks on from the accident tomorrow. X-ray done earlier this week showed that my broken leg is healing but today I'm staying in bed to drink tea and watch the best Pokétuber videos: Blueboyphin.

On the 16th August this year I nearly died. I was in intensive care, on a ventilator, and my family were called to hospital in case of the worst. I have been sober since 17th August and I'll NEVER go back to drink and drugs. #Recovery #Sobriety #SoberSky So much love and respect for medical staff

Haven’t injected drugs for weeks now. My arms are all healed. Threw away all my pins Cut up my bank card so can’t withdraw cash Making it more difficult to allow Beast his drugs in case he should hijack sometime and seek out a path of destruction.

Lucky to have not lost my life to drugs but I have lost a great many things because of using. Having had a relatively privileged childhood and fallen into things with minimal effort I sort of never had The Fear. Using has taught me not to take ANYTHING for granted. Life is not static or guaranteed

Ya know what I actually kinda like waking up refreshed, and going to work and actually being productive and still having energy when I get home to cook a healthy meal, work on my skills and hobbies and find time to read or mong out with a film of game. Yep sober life is working pretty nicely for me

Granny the Elder is 93 years old. Got pneumonia on Xmas Eve. Xmas day spent in hospital. Thought we were going to lose her. Remarkably got discharged last week. Tonight I’m grateful to the hospital staff and also probably God. Just been to visit her.
