How do you brush on little patches of paint to cover up the errant paint? I can never figure out how to get it to blend in nicely to the way the airbrush laid down the paint.

It might be my colourblindness but I'm finding the overall model rather monotone so nothing stands out to me to make it dramatic. Also a question for the airbrushers out there. When I started to use the hair brush, I'd occasionally make mistakes on the white body that I would need to clean up.

Nimrod! I used my airbrush to make this big boi less intimidating to tackle. After painting the body that way, I used grey wash with some black ink to do the panel lining. I used diluted black ink to panel line the grey bits.

To do something different for the base than granite colours, I went with a brown-grey triad set from the TTC lines, washing it with diluted Warm Brown Ink from the Dark Arts set and I'm so happy with the results! It's much more interesting and also a very moody scheme which is what I was going for.

Inspired, I decided to go with blue-greys instead of white-greys to highlight the black. I also used a coal-black from the TTC Dark Arts set as the base coat. I'm really happy with the result! The eyes were also done with Dark Arts ivory colours.

I used some dilute washes of the red to tie the layers together and it smoothed it all out in a very satisfactory way. I also wanted to be more restrained on the grey for the black parts so give it a more convincing black look and think that work.

I finished up Moondragon! A bit of a nightmare for me as I'm colourblind and green shades are the shades I see least well, but I'm pretty happy on how she came out. I spent some time on her eyebrows and lips and am half-way happy with the results. I struggle with making thin eyebrows.

Ronin! Tried a new triad of dark greys and happy with that result. Also tried some ochres from the Dark Arts line for the sashes and it was a great combination. The lamp was also primarily a Dark Arts colour. I didn't expect to be able to use the Zorn palette so much on colourful superhero models.

Here's Echo from #marvelcrisisprotocol I used normal blacks for her uniform, but tried a different set of bluish-blacks from the Dark Arts TTC set for her boots and leg straps and that was a nice way to add some variety to her. Now to get her on the table to kick ass and look great doing it.
