🔬 NT-proBNP & HF Risk in CKD ❤️ Standard NT-proBNP cut-off (125 pg/mL) misclassifies CKD patients. A study (18,261 pts) found eGFR-specific cut-offs improved risk prediction (NRI 19-55%). Adjusting for kidney function enhances HF assessment. 📖 heart.bmj.com/content/early/… @isgd.bsky.social
