I made a food thing! My son ate it AND HE LIKED IT! Stove-top roast 4 red bell peppers, steam, remove skin, stem, & seeds. Chop up into chunks and blend w/ immersion blender. While peppers steam, cook chopped red onion, add chopped carrots, a bunch of cherry tomatoes, chopped walnuts.

What could go wrong? Parents stop vaccinating their kids. Kindergarten just has kids taking more sick days, right? Teachers should be happy about the fact that they have a smaller classroom. No, of course, we're not talking about teacher sick days. Totally different subject.
