117.) The Return of the Pumpkin Rabbit. Another series by Martín Paredes. This one is more of a straight horror. The first segment reminds me of a blender stop motion I saw a while ago. Where it seems child like, before going in a very dark direction. The series follow anthro characters this time=

It's similar to how Guy's suit is. But the lack of the gloves. The clearer jacket feel. The saturation of the colors. It's not perfect. But it gives me an aviator vibe, that I think would have fit Hal, had it gone in this direction.

100

DrFunk98 @drfunk98.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Yes I'll comment on the suit. I don't think everything about its design philosophy is bad. It's not as egregious as other suit designs can be. But it's just too bulky for my tastes. I can't see this being in the field. Ironically, the Halloween version I think is kinda a better execution of it.

Without trying to say the other emotions, are things to ignore or suppress. That it's actually bad to ignore them. Catastrophic even. That the idea of being a Green-

113.) Hokum. I wasn't expecting this, after hearing about the movie. I was expecting like an art house horror film. Which admittedly feels mean toward those. But it's a very dreamlike horror. In the way of like Silent Hill. Where you're always questioning what's real and what isn't.

I've strived to emulate that voice. It's not the most amazing film in the world. But it's so fun with the concept.

Not a horrible watch. But it's a bit heavy handed. The best part of the viewing experience was all the commentary and angles from my friends and I. From those who liked it, understood it, sorta understood it, don't like, hated it. That was a fun time. Also it did give me such a mood screenshot.

111.) Casshern '04. It's a film commentating on the Iraq war. But I feel that point is a lil lost in the way the films told and presented. It's like, about the dehumanizing that goes on. That nobody wins in the end. It's just more hate. But the film buys its own hype. So scenes that'd go normally.

Theodora from Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave. Raising her lance, doing a way cry. With her cape flowing in the wind.

Theodora has dark skin, green eyes, yellowish lip stick and beige hair. She wears pieces of armor, some gold, and some red. All throughout her body. Her headpiece contains two large horns. And she has legging with sandals.

Behind her is a flat purple background. And in the lower righthand corner, it says Doctor Funk 98 in green text. With a stylized skull in the shape of a U F O.

DrFunk98 @drfunk98.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

109.) Silent Hill: Townfall. Like SHF, I watched a playthrough. This is probably the best atmosphere there's been in the series in years. I was blown away by it, and even just viewing it. I felt very immersed. I can't really judge gameplay, but I think it can feel monotonous if you're not open to-

108.) Resident Evil '26. Escalation is the best way I can describe the film. From the tension, to the stakes, to the set pieces and more. This really does feel part of the RE universe. Despite what detractors might say. I think we get so caught up in the main gang and action. We forget about the-

107.) Another Rex Pilot. Okay now this very much feels like that period between 2005 and 2009. I saw a lot of shows on Disney that were just like this. Only this one has no voice acting. Which I also respect. There's much you can do without it. Feels like a slice of life version of Dinotopia almost.

211

DrFunk98 @drfunk98.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

106.) Crash Landing: Pilot. I thought it was good. I think it needed some more of the sound work completed. But the basic plot is there. It feels very early 2000's early 2010's, in a good way. I think the plot goes maybe a lil too quick. But I also respect that it gets straight to the point.

200

DrFunk98 @drfunk98.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

105.) Transformers: Awakening. There's a slight, haunting quality with this. Both cause of its subject matter. But also because it does act as Peter Cullen's final performance as Optimus. And it exploring Prime in a sorta purgatory. It makes you keenly aware of that ethereal feel.

210

DrFunk98 @drfunk98.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

104.) The Good, The Bad, The Weird. It's a pretty fun spin on the Good the Bad and the Ugly. And an interesting play on the wild west setting. With this film being set during the Japanese occupations of China and Korea. The film shows the hectic period of settlement in Manchuria. And then it-

Did these in VC last night. This was gonna be Legend of Zelda doodles, but then it went a different direction as the conversation went on.

Link, Navi, Zelda, and Ganondorf from Legend of Zelda. All standing in a row. Link is in his traditional gear. But Zelda and Ganon are dressed as Jill Valentine and Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. The protagonist from the 2026 Resident Evil movie is next to them, holding something. He says "what the fuck?" And next to him is Leon Kennedy holding a girlie pop gun from Final Fantasy, and a chainsaw of Ellis from Left 4 Dead.

Galaxy, from DC comics. Flying thru a planets atmosphere. She emits a slight yellow aura. Everything is a mix of white, pink, blue, and teal. In the upper right hand corner it says at semi opacity. In green text, Doctor Funk 98. Followed by a stylized skull in the shape of a U F O

102.) Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway. I thought it was alright. I was a bit lost for most of it. Like by the time it ended I was like "wait that was the finale?" I think I just wasn't paying enough attention. And this is meant to be a film series. So it'll likely make more sense to me as it continues.

I'm considering splitting the SH3 parody in two. Cause, where I don't mind it being long. It would be too long, for everything I'd want to have and need in the final video. This way I could keep things organic, while making the cuts I need to. It'd also be fitting for the themes of the story tbh.
