We thought the second demi-john of Damson wine had fermented out ,so we racked it off in a fresh demi-john with a Campden tablet in it. Give a good shake and it blew it's bung out. Put a fresh airlock in it. It's been fermenting for 5 weeks. Can still it's pressured. Good timing a bubble just lifted

Found an old flymo cable in the garage(I no longer own a flymo) so bought a female socket. Cut the split bit off and rewired it. I now have a new extension lead. Testing with the chainsaw making kindling. #DIY

Potted on all my Basket of Fire chillies. No such thing as single use plastic in this house. All plastic tubs get re-used. Front chillies are Jalapeno (pronounced with a J not a H as I'm not Hispanic and can say the letter J).
