Just to experiment, did a 50% mix of bread flour and 00. Fluffy, but less leopardspotting of course. Olive oil, garlic, sundried tomato, drops of tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella, parm. I'll probably stick with all 00, but still good. #pizza #sunday #sundaydinner
