It’s hard to have a conversation, let alone an argument, when you are being drowned out by bigoted, exclusionary, and false views. It seems the more the view is false the more they will scream, presenting evidence is nigh on impossible to them. This is not the marketplace of ideas in that case

We need more citizen/community-sourced journalism. Local councils should support (groups can apply for grants, try to get at least 3 groups of at least 5 in each area, it could be school centered) local in independant news groups, then syndicate out from there.

Love the idea. A good class on future health for people would be great... Show the kids a hospital (oncology dept, remedial nursing, physio ward) and the routine scans they'll get or need later. Seeing the successes (and heartbreaks) of these wards would help see the bogus medical info diminish

No one is required to tolerate bigotry. Opposing views are fine up to the point they dehumanise others, whether because of national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc. That is not a mere difference of opinion; that is a difference of morals.
