Docs confirmed I have anemia again. They will be telling me later if I need another iron infusion... Again. Chronic blood loss is something to be aware of if you have stage 4 endometriosis.

Definitely liked the Jean flavor better than the Klee one. Jean had oreos with black milk tea, jelly, and Boba. The Klee one was fun with the pop rocks, but was fruity with black milk tea.

Me rn when I have a CRPS fair up and I'm supposed walk with Cy to restaurant later. I hate using a cane. Cyno is not allowed to bear my weight for my mobility until his hips are cleared by a vet when he's a year of age, so I'm going to be slow af walking today

I'm hoping he's getting more familiar with that scent when it does occur. Is it sad I'm having seizures again? Yes. But hopefully it's a learning opportunity when it happens. Thankfully, no damage has been done. My optic nerves are fine as assessed by doctors.

My alters seem to really like Cyno. Cyno looks like an old dog in my childhood that I adored dearly. He's already proven effective at bringing down high heart rates with deep pressure therapy I've noticed I haven't had much seizures with him around, though I have them recently these past 2 weeks

He's also starting to pick up on my DID & working w/ alters. There's times I'm co conscious & an alter is feeling anxious despite my calm exterior. He can pick up on this! This great news as he will soon be trained to help stop dissociation if possible as my more severe DID episides cause seizures

Some interesting facts about Cyno: He's not yet tasked trained for cardiac alert, but he's already booping me when my heartrate hit over 100. My trainer wants me to explore that with Cyno and reward this behavior until he can come in with scent work

Cyno is finally heeling properly 🎊🎉🥳 The trainer is hopeful he will get over this training hump soon. His next thing is finally breaking him out of his shell and getting him comfortable with strangers

I'm sorry for the lack of art the past 2 weeks. Between election things, I've been dealing with medical flare ups, training w/ my service dog, and a busy schedule. I'm also starting to travel starting on the 20th & won't be back until mid Dec. I will try to squeeze in some art if possible!

If I didn't learn the skills she gave me, I could see myself pushing through it just to be "normal" & over exerting myself, possibly harming myself in the process. It's interesting how a coping strategy in childhood had become the most dangerous strategy for my current body. We learn, we heal

My therapist specializes in DID, having DID herself. She has taught me to pay attention to my heart rate when things aren't adding up. I'm glad she did. I was dissociating the pain away before realizing something was wrong. Now I am taking care of myself similarly to a flare up. This rupture is bad

Having DID and chronic illnesses is interesting. I have been dealing with an ovarian cyst rupture for the past few days. I knew something was up when I personally felt calm, but there was a looming sense of anxiety. Turn out, laying on my right side would shoot up my heart rate. An alter knew.

Cyno has been doing great with training. He didn't flinch & kept a heel when a child screamed at him (the child appeared to have cynophobia). Cyno is a nervous dog at times, so the fact he handled the scream so well amazed me.
