Alright #chatchemistry I have just spent four hours doing a titration and it didn’t work. What went wrong? It was PAG 2.3 unknown carbonate. The molar mass was 10X too big. The Methyl orange would go red. But then several minutes later would revert to yellow. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Spent the last two nights reading 17th century Latin manuscripts. Found some really interesting things. Both “momentum” and “inertia” were not the original words for the quantities we now use them for. Both were used in error, but both names stuck and then like a snowball, couldn’t be stoped.

Interesting. Does it do colour change? I would like something that times a certain colour change. The PAG 10.3 is really hard to tell when it goes the final shade of yellow at lower temperatures. #ChatChemistry
