Last year I planned a trip to Sedona to ride mountain bikes together. It was tough, but cancelling was the right thing to do. Though not the same thing, winter camping through the Canadian Rockies is pretty awesome too.

I have a subliminal stress response. I amp up my physical activity in response to adversity. I’ve been getting up at 4 am to ride for hours before work. I haven’t ridden this hard since the delta wave of the pandemic. I am so sorry. 😞
