I’m pleased to announce the publication of our review, ’A role for core facilities in improving research rigour’, written together with Alison North. Hopefully we will manage to expand the discussion of scientific reproducibility to include core facilities! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

I actually have some 8-plex (+DAPI) images stained by my colleagues I collected on our VS200 a week or so ago, I wasn't specifically looking for Opal 690 bleedthrough but will take a look (and also ask them for their experience)!

I don't personally but we work very closely with a spatial lab who do. I can ask if you have specific questions or put you in touch?

The one listed here: www.nature.com/articles/s41... It's a mixture of silicone oil and immersion oil, you can also buy it from TCI. It is super viscous and a bit oily though so takes some cleaning (we soak in detergent followed by a lot of water and ethanol) so I would check with Zeiss first

A group at the CVR do an idisco variant which ends in ethyl cinnamate for a Z1 system. Technically the RI is out of the system's range but it seems to work for them. We have an open-top light sheet, I mainly use CUBIC but transfer the samples to non-hazardous imaging media prior to imaging.
