Friends who know computers better than I do (basically everyone) - I'm trying to add the TOC to my manuscript. I followed the steps I did in the past to insert one and keep seeing this. What am I doing wrong?? I do have all the headings formatted correctly.

Vet says as long as Armani’s sugars don’t crash, she thinks he’s just still recovering from the constipation. His levels are high and we can monitor at home so he’s just resting and getting pets 💜
