Y'know how in a lot of video games, your character injects a healing item into their shoulder or whatever and it heals them up. And in the lore, it's medical foam or nanobots or something? Imagine that, but for a diaper. Somebody pops the injector into your diaper and bam, twice as thick.

I'm not totally sure what my interpretation of the Automated Nursery trope would look like, I just know it'd be different from the "White Cartoon Gloves on long metal wires and conveyor belts" aesthetic. Off the top of my head, it'd involve lots of Robot Maids. I'm sure I'll get to it eventually.
