Hmmm. I don’t disagree with what he’s saying. Yes, feeling good in your body is amazing. However, as someone who’s worked out religiously but so many things interfered-I’ve never attained my goal. Let’s learn to be comfortable with what we have first.

The reason I am living vicariously through others is I have had a crohn’s flare up for the last ten years. When it first started, it was like I was having a period when I went to poop. It’s slowly gotten better culminating In having a non cancerous mass removed this last spring.
