Today I rediscovered the joy of hot buttered toast! No jam, marmalade or Vegemite, just toast. Such memories it evokes.

Keir's Starmer's spokesperson asked if the PM is "concerned" about being at the G20 rather than being in Downing St for the farmers protest tomorrow Meet for key discussions with world leaders, or hang around to hear Jeremy Clarkson outside your house abusing you through a megaphone. So many people are affected by scams. This can seriously impact health and well-being. So when we set up our Healthy Worcestershire programme we included sessions on scam awareness alongside support for improving physical and mental health. 🙂 LINK: www.worcestershire.gov.uk/council-serv... -

This was a great day, I was out with two friends at Wastwater in the Lake District. A place I really should visit again, it’s absolutely beautiful. I really need to get my camera gear sorted and get out again, it’s been a long while. #photography #bluesky #landscape

I like Bluesky. I wish it well. I am of the opinion that for social media such as this to succeed is for us to use it less addictively than, say twitter.

Pulchritudinous - meaning beautiful. Rediscovered by me today. I aim to use it as much as possible.

Photographed in Claude Monet's kitchen. I enjoyed the simplicity of the three objects.
