something something doomed bloodymary something...

lemonadesverygood @dpfan4life.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

watched #ProjectHailMary last night.. cried the entire movie. felt very paternal over #Rocky.. he's just a little rock. BUT going back to the fanfic of #BloodyMary that I'm definitely writing.. I decided to make an AU to help it make more sense with how I want the plot to go.. and here's the lovers!

Starting to write a #BloodyMary fic!! I don't really like writing on Google Docs but I'll push through and do it for this- I'm starting the actual writing on paper and then I'm moving it there, and then finally once I learn how to use Ao3 I will persevere! :) #IronLung #ProjectHailMary #AnyTips?

Who are you? Can you help me? #ironlung #simontheconvict (This art is under a content label because of canon-typical gore, blood, and body mutilation. I know that sounds normal for Iron Lung fan art but wanted to give fair warning.)

Simon from Iron Lung from the perspective of someone looking at him from slightly above while he lays on a flat solid surface in a pool of blood. Simon's body is almost entirely covered in blood and his expression is pinched with pain and looking at the viewer hopefully. There are boils and veins visible all over his body but especially on his face, where his left eye is barely visible under the overgrown skin and the left side of his face is gaping open. There are teeth on the outside edges of the wound, and his human teeth are visible behind them in the gaps between the torn skin and veins. His hair is soaked in red and blending in with the splatters of blood on the floor. His right hand is raised in the air with blood dripping from it and his chest harness is barely visible under the mess. His left arm is freshly torn off and the skin and muscles are bleeding into the existing puddle.

I just had to do the reverse. CEO Robert and Y/N Flambae #Flambert #MechaBae #Flambae #RobertRobertson #Dispatch #CEOYN

A ridiculously large Robert in a goofy disproportionate art style holding a similarly ridiculously small Flambae in his left arm. Flambae has a pathetic anime face and Robert is very serious and generic looking. The background is a blurred screen grab of the office from Dispatch.

#Ghoap as the song "Unhealthy Obsession." Both stalk each other outside of duty and have no idea until #SimonRiley puts a walkie-talkie in Johnny's window sill and accidentally hears #JohnMacTavish spewing on and on about Simon's new workout routine while furiously writing in one of his journal.

I wish I knew how to work Ao3 when it comes to making fanfics.. I haven't written fanfic in years and it used to be something that I almost religiously did but due to me looking back and realizing that not planning anything out is a problem, I stopped and never really went back.. #Help #Ao3 #Fanfic

I hope this looks like what I think it looks like! I got a new laptop for Christmas and I got too used to the NightLight setting on it so if the colors or anything look weird, that is the reason! My eyes will not work anymore. First real try at drawing Ghost with his signature mask! #CallofDuty #CoD

Ghostie with his signature skull mask at headset(?).. I couldn't draw his gear confidently so I half-assed it and stuck to mostly coloring with all my might. My laptop apparently doesn't let me zoom in on Ibis so I had to do this with my face right up to the screen ;( Also can you tell who he's looking at? Ghoap my beloved<3

ANOTHER ONE! This took me nine hours and like four or five restarts bc I didn't like how it looked most of the time... But now, I can say that I'm kinda proud of how it looks. Not the best because I have a lot more to practice but still ❤️ #Ghoap #CoD #GhostSoap #SoapGhost #characterdesign

Image: Ghost(left) and Soap(right) are on a mission and Soap gets shot, causing them to hide in a building to recoup with the team and wait for exfil. Soap is shot in the arm and Ghost is holding the wound. These two have a chokehold on me right now.. I keep drawing them and adding more headcannons and scars.

Proof kind of? It took me nine hours to finish but like seven or eight hours to finally figure out how to draw it.. I have a lot to practice 💔 will gladly take any tips or tricks when it comes to drawing bodies in dynamic poses! Thank you if you chose to share :))

Also kinda proof- though I really just liked the way that Soap's nose looked like in this try. I made a headcannon for Soap while I was drawing this try that he broke his nose once and it didn't heal right so he had a small scar and a bit of crookedness at the bridge. Can you.. tell that Soap is my favorite of the two..? No..? Good.. because he definitely isn't.. not at all.

Reference from Pinterest that I used but only kinda sorta in a way. I haven't practiced a lot of perspective when it comes to anatomy or just in general so I didn't use the parts of it that are too focused on the perspective of the poses and stuff- kind of just the basic shape of how the two were laying, sitting, and holding each other. Any tips on anatomy or perspective would be greatly appreciated and put to good use! :))

Finally locked in and drew the boys! Had to draw Ghost without his mask first because it's so hard to draw his damn head WITH the mask on! 😞 But here's my design and some headcannons with it! #Ghoap #CharacterDesign #cod #CallOfDuty #GhostSoap #SoapGhost ❤️

Tiny doodle of the boys heads with "Ghoap Doodles pt. 1 written! Tiny Lemon to say hi as well! :)

Soap!! "Can you tell who's my favorite and when I locked in?" I had intially wanted this sketchbook page to be full of the boys but I couldn't figure out how to draw Simon at first.. turns out I needed to draw Soap first! Test on the left says: "Scars on his ears from close calls with headphones/mic breaking."

Ghost!! Or Simon, without the mask! "No mask, locked in here too lol!" I really like this design because I see the unkempt, kinda curly hair on Simon a lot and I love the idea of it. He's a cutie patootie.

Ghost's drawing has a small patch of hair missing on the right side of his forehead! "Slightly buzzed part that won't grow back due to an accident" this is because "foreshadowing on how much Soap's death affects him." This was definitely not because I messed up and then came up with it last minute and it made me sad so I kept it... Not at all.
