Managed to automate almost everything, except downloading invoices. It can be done via "Claude in Chrome" but it’s just too slow, as it makes a screenshot, then clicks, then repeats. It takes ages to download everything for the quarter. bsky.app/profile/dpa...

For the most part, you don't need to worry about bureaucracy in the Netherlands as a startup founder. Everything is digital and convenient. But I do hate spending even a minute doing admin/accounting/whatever tasks not related to actually building the startup.

For me, the most annoying is collecting invoices, structuring everything, listing expenses/income, filing VAT tax returns, etc. So I’m spending this Saturday with my friend Claude in an attempt to fully automate it.

If you're using Cloud+ for custom email domains (or any other service for that matter), I definitely recommend always receiving all messages for the domain, instead of a selected list of addresses.

And then you realise that you forgot to register an email address you added as "Contact support" and it's been this way for at least several weeks. Simply bouncing back if somebody tried to send an email there 😅 What a shame.

Journaling is the best reflecting tool because it gives you perspective. It's so easy to be disappointed in day-to-day progress, but if you've been journaling long enough, you can read your entries from 1-2-3 years ago and immediately see the forest behind the trees.

Perfect strategy for reducing your churn from @yandex. I enabled their food delivery subscription while I was in Minsk. Now I am back to the EU, I can't open any page because it's "not available in my country". Result: I can't really cancel the subscription!
