I had an incredible time at the Flex Event last night! They have a bunch of muscle studs go-go dance & you can touch & feel them. Then they have the bicep contest where anyone can participate. I ended up being the judge! They blindfolded me & I felt 9 different biceps and picked the top 3

Ok this month's full body scan showed I dropped 1% of body fat which means I finally dropped below 20% and I'm in the green. I also added another 1.8 pounds of muscle which brings me to 7.6 pounds of new muscle for 2026. The high protein diet is working!
