I filed an appeal to the company and they upheld the termination but some 8 weeks later, my unemployment benefits were finally approved after I answered some of the adjudicator's questions about the termination. Long story short, don't give Starbucks any of your money. They're quite evil.

I felt that way about a few people at my previous job and it turned out I was eventually fired when the company worked for informed me that I was saying offensive things to my coworkers...that I never said. They conspired to get me fired and it worked. So I hope you don't suffer the same fate.

of the game to watch past a certain time. I googled it and found that you have only until three hours after the game is over to start watching the replay. It's so ridiculous.

My recent example of streaming services being total bullshit is last Thursday the 49ers/Rams game was on Netflix but I was working that night until like 2 AM so I assumed as a Netflix subscriber that I would be able to watch the game when I woke up the next day, but nope...there is no archive

Oregon Dan Gaming @doubledaddydanny.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

This sort of thing is quite insane. I can't imagine ever being so excited for a video game that I would buy any sort of physical version of the soundtrack without even having heard it.

This is really quite a ridiculous undertaking and I can't wait to try it out myself. I unfortunately don't have the money for premium at the moment so I just have to wait for it to become more widely available.

Its time for some guy from Oregon named Dan to do some gaming. Catch me over at twitch.tv/oregondangaming if you would like to watch me play some FF VII Rebirth! I am trying to see if I can finish it by the time Revelations comes out!

You know what? I'm of the belief that myself and the rest of my faithful ODGers out there (all 8 of you?) are going to witness Yours Truly play OG Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time at twitch.tv/oregondangaming Wish me luck that my set up works this time!

I looked back and the stream wasn't even working properly.

Oregon Dan Gaming @doubledaddydanny.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Well, that was a bit of a cursed experience. I am not sure why OBS was having issues streaming my gameplay today. Some sort of weird issue with Sunlight/Moonlight. So I am learning what can and can't be done. Also, someone was totally trying to hack me. Said the game looked fun but...

Okay, I can't get my microphone to record properly in OBS/Steam, so no mic from me. But starting now with F.O.M.

What is up, everybody!? It's September 14th and I'm going to play some video games this morning! I've got a lot of options as I very recently just hooked up Moonlight/Sunlight and am debating what I would like to start up with. Starting soon, so stop by ODG at twitch.tv/oregondangaming and chill...

Sucks for him but you know...I am a 49ers fan so I have little sympathy for the rival Rams. I am just waiting for Brock, Christian, and Mike Evans to join Garrett on the IR soon. That's unfortunately where my mind goes now.

I would love to switch to a combo of PC and Switch 2 but I just don't have the money to buy a more powerful modern PC. And I unfortunately don't like laptops so that's also out of the question.

My wife and I regret ever allowing Roblox into our home but we have utilized enough of the parental controls to kind of prevent it from being more psychologically detrimental. No more money wasted on Robux around here!

Oregon Dan Gaming @doubledaddydanny.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

This stuff is fucking insane. Roblox, TikTok, YouTube? They're all so toxic and dangerous. I have a 15 year old and an 11 year old that we will never allow to watch TikTok on their own. They used to watch YouTube a lot until we put a stop to that. Roblox is something they both still play.

If I can manage to break free from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth tomorrow, I plan on streaming some Fields of Mistria probably around 10 AM PST over at twitch.tv/oregondangaming. I had planned in streaming today but instead watched @giantbomb.com Blight Club and it was of course very entertaining.

Yeah, that one is pretty much a no-brainer. Sadly I don't think they use her in their ads anymore.

A screenshot from the video game Fields of Mistria showing one of the game's NPCs, Celine, next to a snow-covered house, saying to a male character to their right, with a portrait and dialogue box on the screen, "It's been getting really cold, so I made you a cup of hot Cocoa to start your day!"

Maybe I've heard his voice on so many podcasts/streams, etc. that I started picking things up from him? Couldn't be, right? But a silly thought. It does say that the city I most similar to is San Francisco so that one at least makes more sense.

Now that I've taken this quiz myself, it tells me that I sound like someone from Colorado and I was watching the dialect change with each answer and it went back and forth between Colorado and Michigan. So it apparently thinks I have the dialect of @grubb.wtf which is funny to me.

You wanna know what's strange to me? I was born near Seattle and my family moved to Atlanta, GA when I was 1 and we stayed there until I was about 5. Then I spent the rest of my 40+ years on the West Coast in mostly California with a twist of Oregon and I somehow still slip into an ATL drawl.

Oregon Dan Gaming @doubledaddydanny.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

Hades II and Date Everything! though, do not run on my PC. Hell, Date Everything! has game breaking bugs on my Series X.

Oregon Dan Gaming @doubledaddydanny.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

Oh, did you? Lol Well, TerraTech Legion won't run at all on my PC without cloud. Almost all of my streams are from my Series X. Sometimes I can get certain games running natively on my PC but can't get it to work while OBS is running.
