a layout with 6 videos underneath a long timeline. user-defined layouts can be saved and renamed/reordered in a list so you can switch layouts quickly.

First up is the new layout functionality, which allows you to change the layout of panels, such as transcript, media players, timeline etc to suit your personal preferences. In the screenshots, you can see: a layout rather like v1.0 but with 4 videos instead of 2.

We are finalising our new software package 360mash to support basic video editing tasks needed for qualitative video research. 360mash is a free, cross-platform, lightweight tool for clipping, reframing and anonymising 2D, 180 and 360 videos and exporting the resulting video as fast as possible.
