Week 2: I made the Miso salmon w/ fried rice tonight. It was good, but required a LOT of cookware. I miss the days when one person cooked and the other person washed up. Out of 3 meals so far, all have had tiny portions. Which is okay for me, but my son would easily eat both servings as one meal.

You ever have one of those days when you realize there's a very very specific meal you want to eat… and then you realize you already have everything you need to make that meal? In other news, lunch was delicious.
