I think the main takeaway is if you find your self getting angry about something so simple as colour you don’t like in video games that it turns into trending topic again and again maybe yea need to play less games and go for a walk or something. At least try to drink more water.

I had a burnout before I switched to gamedev I worked as an accountant, workload was enourmous and there was no chance to optimise the work processes, so I just started to feel physically nauseous towards everything I did at work.
